中元节拜拜

Today is our annal Chinese 7th Month praying at lion dance troupe. Yeap, can see the big big huat kuey bought by Raymond kor. HUAT AH! As usual, this year sponsored fruits for the praying though it's bought by my mum. Went over to cc at 3+ and supposed to get a briefing from coach on store stuffs but apparently in the end they are busy with doing the LED dragon which the outcome is really great! Went over to bangkit to help Cheow Wee to collect the jing zi and back to cc to set up the 7th month praying stuffs. We were supposed to start setting up from 5pm but we set up finish even before 5pm! *self-praise* Heh. Done some training for lion dance, stunts and all, thanks JJ and YB who helped us out before training! Then went down for praying and practiced for our performances coming up next busy month. Drums, lion dance, dragon and all. Next went to eat and burn those jing zhi for the "good brothers". And pack and came back home.

When burning the jing zi was damn funny can. There's 3 of the burning thing, one is for love, one for study/work and one is for health and fine-ness. LOL! xD Seriously whenever there are events or chu dui, we are crazy people and high people~ Perhaps that's what keep us going and make us closer day by day~

Looking at the new comers playing the lion, really down to the feeling of when I first started learning lion dance. Yes I don't mean when I first join the troupe but when I really learn how to play the lion dance. And then also to train for competition a year after another. I miss the innocent us, somehow, more innocent than now. Perhaps it's the truth, growing up doesn't mean everything will be better like how we used to think when we're young. Troubles, challenges increases day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute and seconds by seconds. This is well the truth. We can only overcome all challenges and all competition from others. Everything goes down to the DETERMINATION.

Today learnt and train on new stunts and making stunts from good to even better. I'm always motivated to do even well, even better and even even even perfect. I want to train more to perfect it. But things aren't really going the way you may think it'll be. No one ever said that it'll be easy or difficult. As long as you are willing to work hard, you can do it. Kick off all the unwanted circumstances and just do well in whatever you want to achieve, eventually, outcast yourself. I gotta get back all the determination I have, my stamina and everything is starting to decrease. I need more strength and breath to go further.... Far better than this... We are still improving, but it's never enough. There's better things awaiting for us...

Virgin try~

Had loses my virgin today.... em... EH WAIT! Listen finish la!! Loses my virgin visit or try to Best Fries Forever and Botak Jones~ Hmmmm. Satisfied that finally I got to try but not very satisfied about the food somehow! :( Went to town to catch a movie but I really felt that I wasted my money and I feel damn bad to my lion head. LOL. Trailer was funny and yes, movie was funny, but story line was like.... WHAT?! Ending is the best! Really, no one really left the seats, cos everyone somehow thought there will be a "second" part after the credits.....But then, no, game over. AWESOME like shit.

Went over to Cineleisure bottom floor to buy Best Fries Forever, this belongs to Hao's though, not mine! But I'm already freaking hungry at this time. x.x" There were samples there so took some....SOME and tried the sauce available today. I still find the friendly fire not bad. Didn't get to try the chilli beef with cheese one though. And CH ordered Ole Ole, I still can't really catch what's in the sauce. CALL CHEESE MAYBE?!  This tasted quite nice though I feel it's a bit bland. But maybe that's after me eating the garlic that's why. HAHA.
Then went opposite SCAPE/Cineleisure to try the BOTAK JONES! Ok, I kept thinking of this when im there. I still remembered going there before working at Long Beach in the noon to eat Botak Jones. With Esmond and others. But apparently the shop is closed and we are like... CLOSED! WHY NO OPEN?! Closed down huh?! But apparently after which we only found out that it open at night. *troll face* But I'm kinda glad I tried it today! People said the burger was extremely big but apparently normal size ba? The chicken is really big though, the chicken patty in the burger. But it was really filling. Got so full after eating the burger with the 2 sides being coleslaw and french-fries.

 Today had math paper, thankful that everything did went smoothly although a few questions I just stare at it, and it just stare back at me. Did tried though I know I am wrong. Who knows? I may be right! Hopefully, just hopefully HAPPY GO LUCKY! But yesterday APchem paper was really tough. I really feels that I may not get an A or even a B for the paper. Ah... To be honest, really worried about it but what's done is done. It can't be undone, gotta just get over it and concentrate on other papers already. Just 2 more papers to go and I'm gonna enjoy my HOLIDAYS! :) ENDURE!

成长真的会让你开心吗？

When we're young, we hardly have any troubles, live a free life, have a lot of good friends, know what's I want and not what my friend wants. Why? Just why do we grow up to become so different?

After growing up, you realised you know what's real friend, what's close friend, what's friend, what's someone you know, what's enemy. These facts don't change, but the people changes. Things won't last forever, again and again, this is proven. What last? Those happy moments of life don't last, those moments of 2 person being close don't last, those promises don't last, those relationship don't last, those friendship don't last, those photos don't last, those happiness don't last. Memories perhaps, is the only thing that lasted. With memories, what you gotten is nothing but just sadness. Sadness of why this and why that? Life is never fair. When things benefits you, you know it's fair to you. When things don't benefit you, you will think life aren't fair at all.

Why? Why do people behave in such a way whereby we only remember the bad of people but we don't remember the good of people? Must we wait until the day they leave us, they won't be by our side then we remember all of which they had done for us?

You know, sometimes we just get so tired, so so so tired of every single thing in life. Nothing is going on the right track now, exams are just round the corner. Some modules are still ???? and some at least im having confidence in them. So much to memorise, so much to mug for, nothing is more important than studies now. STRESS. The only word to describe life now.

I'm tired of calling people out, im waiting, am really waiting for people to call me out. Sometimes contributing too much really makes me feel so so so tired. Really.

Ice skating!

 AWESOME! Went to ice skating on 11/8/12. Yes! This is the first time I step into Jcube! Yea I am slow~ Problem? Hahaha. I think it's my like 3rd or 4th time going to ice skating at jurong. The last time I went there before this trip was before it renovated so I guess it's about 3 or 4 years ago?!! Ok, seriously freaking long ago! Still I am a noob at skating! x.x But sure to say we had lots and lots of fun on the rink with old birds, teen birds and new birds. Recently a lot of these kinda outings which involve many of them~ I like! Hahaha. As usual, the crazy bunch of us who does stupid things whenever we are together. LOL. Dancing ballet and driving little penguin and "motorcycle" on the rink. What's more?! I really do feel bad to be taking photos in a line as people are just standing waiting for us to complete our group photo! LOL! But at least we were fast! :D

After which went to eat 吃在台北.

 The food was rather ok~ Kind of, it didn't cross the line of it being very nice but the food was not bad, average. Everyone got their preferences and taste! But I do like their braised chicken rice! mmm yummy! The sour vegetable goes well with the meat and the chicken. At least it didn't make the food taste boring with only meat and rice. It also somehow makes you feel like eating more. Sour things ma~ xD 

Then after completing our lunch we went walking around Jcube effortlessly, not knowing where to go. And finally landed in gadgets shop until we leave at 2+pm. Went to CC to clear up things and prepare for night performance. Then off we go for our night performance. 

Tried 360 turn then shuang fei with CH but apparently failed. Problem not to be released! LOL. I'm sure we will succeed one day! These kind of things takes practice and patience. Never give up CKD. Just train hard and wait for the day to come!

It ended, but it's only the beginning of our journey.

Competition ended, finally. Well, it's supposedly not to be finally but too bad that we made a mistake and didn;t get into the finals. It's alright though. We broke our own record and we've done well for this competition. We did not let anyone down, we reached all our target set and we outcast our own difficulties that we have at first. :) That's what we are looking for though. We may feel disappointed, sad, annoyed, but that's the process. What's the most important thing is that we've been through the up and down together and we are a stronger team, a team that will strive. Sorry for breaking down after competition on the competition day but it's nothing, all due to being too stressful and touched to hear from many people that we've done well even the mistake. We smiled, as we promised. No matter how badly or how well we've done, we will smile and thanks everyone, smile to ourselves and be sincere to our own hard work. We did it! Look at the last small picture on the bottom, we smiled! :) 

A big thank you to the music team. :) Well, there are lots of up and down here and there. Rarely we had fun that we used to have during previous competition. But things were far better on our last week of training before competition. Am I right to say so? :) Thanks a lot to those who are always motivating us, always being there for us, always giving comments, always improving with us, always learning with us, always training hard with us. Without a good music team, even a good lion means nothing. Things may be hard on you guys, but thank you for taking the time to train and help! :) 

To name a few, thanks TY and JJ for volunteering to help to spray the benches and chair, JJ especially, thanks for always volunteering to help although sometimes will put aeroplane. x.x Also wanna thank my sis and Rona jie. Always motivating and encouraging us. Rona jie, thanks for knowing when im breaking down, concerning and be my listening ears. At least feeling someone knowing im down and need someone to talk to, speaking out makes everything far better. Thanks :) KaiYun also despite of A level still come for competition and training, injures on her and Ling Sheng but they didn't give up on training. Thank you guys xD Ah bing also, trained together with us, under stressful conditions and from 0 to something, we made it guys :)

Hao ah, my HANDSOME lion dance head. Haha. But too bad, you're handsome im awesome! :D so bhb. LOL. Thanks for giving your best in every trainings, listening to advices, taking in advices, willing to make adjustments and not being arrogant. Remember, no matter where you stand in the future, must continue to take in advices and learn more and more. :) We went from nothing to something. Although we are far from very very very excellent and boombastic lion head and tail still, we are half way there already. Sorry to have raised my voice at you or to be annoyed at times especially when competition is drawing nearer. We reached our target, with shi xing, good stunts and our points are there. Don't be disappointed with that little mistake or our ranking. It's not important anymore. What's more important is that we get up from set-backs, we endured, we set our goals and we reached them.

Honestly, like I told you after competition that night, I'm already very proud of you. In just a short 2 months, you changed from what we called TJS into what we called at least look like lion de shi xing. In 2 months, without persevering and putting in great efforts, I think till now you still will not make me feel proud of you. For this competition, you did it~ Really. Continue to train on your shi xing, let others see TCH got shi xing one. I'll be waiting for that day, we become Shi Wang, we become somebody and not nobody. We become the top, and then top of the top, and go overseas to compete. It's possible :) Don't blame on the ranking, it's our first competition, in the future, we will get out >8.7 and eventually, >9. Let's do it next year or before 20. :) I believe we can. We still have a lot a lot of chances, let's continue to work hard and get our our colours trophy. Im anticipating for that! Jiayou! :D

Not forgetting all our coaches and instructors, without them, i think we aren't improving but still on the same little dot running around, round and round. LOL.

Competition ended, but this is only the beginning of our journey. More competition, more challenge awaits for us! Let's do it ah hao! We can do it! :D
