永远的朋友!

Yesterday went to Universal Studios with Stamford family and Taiwan friends. Yesterday was their last day in Singapore and at night, they'll be off to airport and back to Taiwan already. Guess during USS, they were having a lot of these thoughts in their mind. As time goes by, their high-ness drops slowly and slowly. Perhaps like us, we are just all so tired and reluctant to face the fact that it'll be the last trip with them already. Had great lots of fun playing the roller coaster and transformers! As the sesame street new attraction is going to open up in march, they conducted a test yesterday and we managed to try out the attraction yesterday! It is seriously damn beautiful inside! You just keep hearing us say:"好美哦!真的好美哦!!“ while playing the attraction! Had a great time inside USS yesterday though there was some confusion somewhere somehow. Nevertheless, I love all of them who was there. :) Sorry that at the end I'm just sooo tired that I just stand at the back and didn't really talk much already especially after the roller coaster rides.

While we are going off USS and some of them are going home, Taiwan friends gets so quiet and just keep saying bye to them. We walked back to Vivo as the queue for the tram was ultra long long longggg. On the way back, talked to Susan as she was really very very quiet unlike the usual her. Then we 2 get somewhat emotional. :( After sending them to MRT, went to eat dinner with the young birds who are still around and then went shopping with Hao to buy some stuffs needed for the night. Bought polariods films~ Went off to airport and waited for them there.

This time it's really sending them off already. While we prepared gifts for them, they prepared a song for us. 永远的画面。They sung and teared. Awww :( Afterwards we were back to the happy us, the everything also can happy happy for a long time us... Took many photos with them then sent them back to Taiwan. Super duper funny, don't know how many times we wave bye to them again and again. Walk a bit, turn back wave, walk a bit, turn back wave. Hahaha. Thanks for being a part of us in this CNY and becoming our friends. :)

Awesome CNY :)

Chinese New Year performances officially ended for us yesterday leaving Chingay aside~ This Chinese New Year is awesome. Making new friends from Taiwan, Thailand as well as China. Been knowing each other for only such a short period of time but yet the bond between us and them had been rather strong I would say. :)

Some stuffs on this CNY: the day before on the Monday we had our little 慰劳会 to thanks the overseas team for their help and also their performances for our 40th anniversary! The dinner was damn fun I swear! Hahaha. Our table was the table which get drunk....without even drinking alcohol but soft drinks. Hmmmmm.... LOLOL!
Crazy "drunk" people
Yeah yeah, this is our table group photo! :D Were having so much joy and laughters around and everyone was just highing around like what~ Next we went table to table to YUM SENGGGG with the other countries troupes friends and literally scream and shouted till my sound went sexyyyy. After which we had an eye-dotting ceremony for our new lion which were given by China team as our 40th anniversary gift! What's more about it? Xiao Gao dot the lion and the mini performance was performed by Taiwan team Fei Fei and Jian Zhi! Hahaha. Thumps up for Fei Fei! They did a dan fei and everyone just cheered! LOL. Went out of the CD shelter and had a mini-party after dinner. Ran aorund taking photos and messing around with everyone. Accidentally took an unglam photo of Susan and she started chasing me around. Hahaha! That marks the end of the celebration before they went back for hotel. Just an unforgettable night with all of them whether Stamford, Thailand, China or Taiwan. Memories are left to be kept. :)

Team Taiwan and us young birdy birdy~~
With my Bro and Sis :)
Just about 4 days more from now, Taiwan and Thailand team will be going back. I'm sure I'm gonna miss them all. 总是这样,相遇简单,分离难。Only hope that one day our path will meet again and will be able to see them all again. 新年那段日子我们一起玩“请你和我这样做。”,一起开玩笑,在lorry上一起疯狂,一起闹,当初的那一天会变成我们未来的那些年。。。希望我们有机会再次见到彼此!Also also! Want to thank Max and Mark who taught me and my lion head so much, without their little guidiance, we wouldn't move on much from the point we are stuck with. Really thank you Max and Mark! :)
With Team Taiwan :)
Lastly, we had 2 celebration to celebrate our 40th Anniversary this year and one of the celebration was held at River HongBao 2013.It's a rare chance to be able to perform on the stage and we had a chance to perform for such an awesome crowd who did cheered for us after every segment of our performance. :) Another celebration was held on Sunday at BPCC. After all, still wishing Stamford 见证荣耀,再登高峰 !!!

What exactly is my hair colour?!

OK! Let me start off this post by admitting that I did prank some of you, SOME. Hahaha. No choice. Some people were there when I decided to prank. Hahaha. Alright let the story go. Yesterday was in class and was just sian-ing away so played with Ashleigh notebook camera. At first wanted to post to her instagram but the effects were just so tempting as one of it makes my hair BLONDE! PICTURE FIRST~
With my "blonde" hair

Yeah so this is the photo with my so called "blonde" hair. Hahaha. I just look like nothing but a lion in this picture somehow. Well if I dye such colour it will be rather weird on me somehow... Yea true? But worth to take a look at how you will look like when you have other hair colour somehow. Hahaha.

NEXTTTTT, sexy RED hair! This morning I wanted to change my twitter display picture and I edited this photo out. And when I play with the effects I realised my hair looks so red under the lift lighting in this photo and the red is so so so nice!! And I'm greatly in love with this damn photo. If I can dye this hair colour and style like this every single day, I will feel like I live in heaven. Just a cave man not seeing himself in red hair before. Hahaha.
With my "RED" hair! SO NICEEEEEE~
And now time to reveal my actual hair colour. Yea nothing else but just BROWN. I still find it weird cos no matter what sort of brown I dye,I keep seeing reddish brown some where and somehow. But the others have been telling me it's brown and not reddish. Even if it is just a bit, a tiny tiny bit. o.o OK CANNN. I'm not suffering from colour-blind I'm 100% sure. Went to dye my hair at salon that day after some fail attempts of dying my hair on my very own. The hairdresser was damn great as she help me style it nicely! GRHHH. The amount of wax she sprayed on my hair is also too much and extreme as the smell when I go home is super duper strong... :( But she somehow taught me how to style my hair and I'm so gonna style it during Chinese New Year! :D
My brown hair under flash
My brown and nicely styled hair! :)
Counting down to Chinese New Year, we're left with 2 days to the eve and 3 days to 初一 of Chinese New Year! Are you excited? I am, this will be the first year that I can reach my home at about 7+pm after 12 years in lion dance as this year we are gonna ednd 2 to 3 hours earlier than the previous years. Finally able to have dinner with my family. Hopefully they will stay till that time first if not also just me and my sis eating steamboat only at that time. Hahaha. Chinese New Year, let's go!

CNY Goodies

It's Sunday again! :) Today can be considered a goood gooooood goooooood Sunday to me though I do feel it's so tiring somehow! Ok let's start with the beautiful morning! Woke up after sleeping for 8 hours, my body clock auto woke me up and, sian, only 8 hours of sleep on a Sunday... ONLY ONLY ONLY. After which bought lunch and it started raining. Luckily I bring umbrella down with me if not I'll be dancing in the rain while walking home. Hahaha. As it was raining I got so lazy to re-dye my hair. Hahaha. But in the end still fail to stop the temptation and went ahead and dye my hair. I don't understand why but when I want to dye my hair brown, I always get this reddish brown colour. Hahaha. This time it wasn't as bright as the first time I dye my hair. Hopefully the colour will come out more instead of turning back to black la uh~

After dying my hair, squeezed the coconut milk from coconut using hands for our Bee Hive biscuits or the more common name, 蜜蜂窝. Yeap, we fry this almost annally. Today fried 2.5kg and it takes us from 3.30pm all the way until 8pm. The work and tiredness, oh damn. Eating is nice nice but doing is oh no oh no. Still managed to take a good shot on the Bee Hive biscuits today. Gonna bring 2 containers to CNY performance on Day 4 of CNY. :)
蜜蜂窝,Bee Hive Biscuits
Andddd, not forgetting this this this!! Pineapple tarts! Not made by us of course though I always want to try making Pineapple Tarts. :( But this will really take up a lot of work and it's not an easy task to do. Find time, I'll do it! My aunt brought this to my home. So lovely! And there's another different Pineapple tart which is rather expensive but it's not bad! There's also this almond cookies, I'm loving it to the maximum! Super duper nice only! Wooooooo~ Chinese New Year, time to get fat.. Oh I hate that damn sentence. FATs.... GET OUT OF MY BODYYYYY.

Chingay Rehearsal

Our very last Chingay rehearsal ended yesterday! The next performance will be the actual one already. This is so kind of exciting huh! Hahaha. Looking at the past when we helped out other troupe with Chingay and now with our own people performing for Chingay, it differs a lot. Why and in what ways? Firstly when the whole troupe is there together it just seems so fun and more lively. Instead of waiting, there's just people you know all around accompanying you. Hahaha.

Yesterday rehearsal was a good one though we waited quite a bit for it to officially start. Oh wellllll~ There's primary and secondary school students yesterday just like national day NE show. Our dragon performance seems more shun as compared to last week. Well done well done to all performancers! Heh! Not forgetting the finale, there's fireworks yesterday!! :D The foams of the SNOW never fails to make me feel so... .... ... FOAMY. I've been trying to siam all the big big foam that are flying here there and everywhere. Small ones are still acceptable. But nevertheless, the snow is beautiful~ Hahaha. Took a great shot yesterday of our dragon and the fireworks! Of course the actual picture is not as nice with the help of instagram but this is the shot with clear dragon head and clear fireworks for the original one so I decided to use this picture for instagram :)

Dragon with mini Fireworks display

Come on, let's start counting down, we're left with just 7 days to Chinese New Year! Get the Ang Bao coming in and filled with studies as well as lion dance performance... We can do it, we can do it, we can do it! Time to FIGHT THE WAR (while earning money with ang baos). Hahaha. Enjoy your last week of school before Chinese New Year everyone! :)

First Formal Wear Presentation

With ZiWei, Shuhui and KeJun :)

On thursday, well well yesterday then! Had our very first formal wear presentation in poly! We do have presentation before but to talk about formal wear, this is our first time and the one and only time we gonna have formal wear presentation in our year one. Well the fact that our year one is coming to an end pretty soooooon. The presentation didn't go pretty well should I put it this way? We were all so nervous and pretty much cock up in a bit. We prepared script but we couldn't read from the script in the end so we ended up.... trying to memorise what we "memorised" and try our best to be confidence and let everything flows smoothly. Phew, didn't do very well but things were over in the end yea? Hahaha. Next up will be our last End of Semester test for year one!

PRAY HARD TO PASS ALL AND HOPEFULLY TO BE GETTING GOOD RESULTS!

I'm really hoping, hoping and hoping. Next gotta really make things happen instead of continuing to HOPE HOPE and HOPE. Actions speaks more than words. Let's all just wish everyone of us can go up to year 2 together as a class and no one needs to retake any modules like the previous semester!
